This study was undertaken by Dr. Luke McDonagh of Cardiff University. To prepare the study Dr McDonagh interviewed 28 participants including large multinational businesses and legal professionals. 皇冠体育app responses highlight perceptions of, and attitudes towards the Court (UPC) and the Unitary Patent (UP). 皇冠体育app study shows that, whilst there are concerns surrounding the new system, businesses and legal professionals are hopeful that the UP and UPC will be successful if these concerns are properly addressed.
