皇冠体育app introduced a new duty on local authorities to provide Personal Adviser (PA) support to all care leavers up to age 25, if they want this support.

This new burdens assessment is a revised version of the new burdens assessment that was published when the Children and Social Work Bill was introduced to Parliament in May 2016.
