This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management and control at Penketh Academy Trust.
On 1 May 2017, Penketh High School became part of 皇冠体育app Challenge Academy Trust. 皇冠体育app conditions of the FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
皇冠体育app obligation to repay the recoverable funding the trust received from the Education and Skills Funding Agency now rests with 皇冠体育app Challenge Academy Trust.
