1. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp variation effective from 00:01hrs Saturday 04 February 2023 is as follows:

1.1 Irish Sea Conservation Measures - Condition added to both Under and Over 10m Schedules

  • Affecting Over 10m Licence Schedules at point 27 for Category A(11), Category A Island (12), Category A pelagic (17), Category B (31) and Category C (41)
  • Affecting Under 10m Licence Schedules at point 20 Category A (91), Category A PO (91) and Category A Limited (94)

Vessels operating in the Northern Ireland zone of ICES Area 7a must comply with the specific technical measures described for the Irish Sea.
