1. Changes to the Targeting of Bluefin Tuna
- Affecting all categories in licence schedules
2. Over 10m Schedules
12.2 Condition 12.1 above, does not apply to a vessel which had been authorised in writing by the Marine Management Organisation to target bluefin tuna where the targeting of Bluefin Tuna is carried out in accordance with the authorisation given.
3. Under 10m Schedules
7.2 Condition 7.1 above, does not apply to a vessel which had been authorised in writing by the Marine Management Organisation to target bluefin tuna where the targeting of Bluefin Tuna is carried out in accordance with the authorisation given.
