皇冠体育app Forensic Science Regulator commissions an audit of the work of forensic pathologists on a regular basis. This is the report of the first audit, which was commissioned in 2010. It looks at case reports about:

  • a homicidal head injury case investigated after 1 September 2008
  • the next suspicious death (of any type) dealt with immediately following the head injury case
