This report was commissioned by the Reserve Forces鈥� and Cadets鈥� Association (RFCA) for Wales to inform policy-makers, educational leaders, employers, current and future adult volunteers, and parents/guardians of cadets past and present of the impact of the cadet forces in Wales.
皇冠体育app study found that participation in the MOD-sponsored cadet forces led to increased social mobility, improved educational outcomes and enhanced employability, giving participants an 鈥榚dge鈥� in higher education and job applications.
