This document sets out the government鈥檚 response to the Law Commission鈥檚 report on Technical Issues in Charity Law.

皇冠体育app government has accepted the majority of the Law Commission鈥檚 recommendations. 皇冠体育app proposed reforms will make charity regulation more effective and make the legal framework easier to navigate. This will enable charities to use their money and resources more effectively to promote their charitable causes.

皇冠体育app government will look to bring forward legislation to implement these recommendations when Parliamentary time allows.
