皇冠体育app Green Gas Levy (GGL) applies to all licensed fossil fuel gas suppliers.
皇冠体育appre is an exemption for gas suppliers that can evidence that they have provided at least 95% biomethane using green gas certificates from a recognised certification scheme.
皇冠体育app Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) has a regulatory duty under to approve and publish the name of at least one biomethane certification scheme for the purposes of this exemption, and the date the schemes are approved from.
