皇冠体育app Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) Secretary of State has commissioned an independent review of greenhouse gas removals (GGRs), to consider how options for GGRs, including large-scale power bio-energy with carbon capture and storage (BECCS) and direct air carbon capture and storage (DACCS), can assist the UK in meeting our net zero targets, out to 2050.
罢丑别听DESNZ聽Secretary of State has appointed Dr Alan Whitehead CBE as review Chair with overall responsibility for the review and its outputs.
We have launched a call for evidence which will feed into and support this review. It closes to responses on 20 June 2025.
