Retailers are required to comply with 皇冠体育app Groceries (Supply Chain Practices) Market Investigation Order 2009.

皇冠体育app Groceries Supply Code of Practice (the Code) is contained within schedule 1 of the Order. 皇冠体育app Code provides detail on how designated retailers should manage their relationship with suppliers, to ensure compliance with both the Order and the Code. Designated Retailer means a retailer listed in Article 4(1)(a) of the Order.
