H A Overton & Sons Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
皇冠体育app Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
皇冠体育app application is to vary licence serial number 7/34/09/*S/0149A/R01, which authorises the abstraction of water from an un-named drain within the Broads Internal Drainage Board at Stalham, Norfolk at National Grid Reference TG 36420 24180, for filling a reservoir for subsequent spray irrigation purposes.
皇冠体育app variation applied for is to increase the licensed annual abstraction quantity from 45,000 cubic metres to 100,000 cubic metres.
Please note that this is a re-advertisement of the application due to a previous publication error that incorrectly stated the abstraction was from a borehole.
