皇冠体育app High Potential Middle Leader programmes (HPML) aim to help schools retain and develop high-potential middle leaders in order to improve schools and their outcomes. 皇冠体育appre are separate programmes tailored for secondary schools (running since 2008) and primary schools (running since 2014).

皇冠体育app evaluation of the secondary programme is a multi-strand method incorporating data analysis, a survey of participants and depth interviews. 皇冠体育app evaluation of the primary is a smaller scale qualitative project.
