鈥嬧�婳n 29 August 2023 the government announced that it would be removing housing development from nutrient neutrality requirements. This was further referenced in a on 4 September 2023.
鈥婽his release sets out DLUHC鈥檚 estimate of the number of homes that would otherwise have been subject to nutrient neutrality requirements resulting from 皇冠体育app Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2017.
鈥嫽使谔逵齛pp estimate is based on past levels of housebuilding in nutrient neutrality catchment areas in England.
