Introduction
1. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Ministry of Defence announced the new 2020 to 2021 War Pensions rates on 30 January 2020. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp rates are set out in the Annex.
2. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp annual uprating of War Pensions and allowances for 2020 to 2021 will take place from week beginning 6 April 2020. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp effective date of change will be the following Monday 13 April 2020.
3. Rates for 2020 to 2021 are increasing by 1.7% in line with the September 2019 Consumer Price Index.
4. Additional information can be obtained from the Veterans UK pages on www.gov.uk.
5. Circular HB A1/2020 (2nd Revision) provides full details of all social security benefit rates that will apply from April 2020.
