Planned downtime

Due to scheduled maintenance, users of third party software and web services will be unable to access the Import Control System Northern Ireland online service from 8am on Saturday 24 May 2025 to 7am on Monday 26 May 2025.
If you are unable to submit your entry summary declaration in advance, you must submit them retrospectively when the Import Control System Northern Ireland service is restored, even if this is not within the specified legal time limits.
If you use Community System Providers, including the Trader Support Service, the Import Control System Northern Ireland service will still be available.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
