»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Independent Monitoring Authority (IMA) is required to submit this report annually, as set out in legislation, to the UK-EU Specialised Committee on Citizensâ€� Rights, the UK-EEA EFTA Joint Committee, Ministers in the Devolved Administrations and Gibraltar, and the Secretary of State, who is also required to lay the report before Parliament and publish it. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp report provides details on the implementation of Part 2 of the Withdrawal Agreement and of the EEA EFTA Separation Agreement for 2023. It also includes additional information relevant to the operation of the IMA.
