»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Industry of Future Programmeâ€�(IFP): Industrial Sites competition aims to increase the range of options available to industry to enable them to decarbonise at a faster rate.
Up to 40 industrial sites could apply for funding to develop industrial decarbonisation roadmaps. Initial funding was used for scoping studies. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp studies included:
- identification of optimal decarbonisation options
- the permanent installation of technologies, including research and development of technologies
- testing of technology solutions
»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Industry of Future Programme competition is part of the £1 billion Net Zero Innovation Portfolio (NZIP).
How to apply
This competition closed in October 2021.
We also ran a competition to appoint delivery partners for the contract to produce the decarbonisation roadmaps for the selected industrial sites. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp call for this competition was issued to an approved list of suppliers.
