  • Level 1: National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML)
  • Level 2: National Professional Qualification for Senior Leadership (NPQSL)
  • Level 3: National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH)

It aimed to raise the standards of teaching and leadership by improving the leadership development of middle and senior leaders in schools in order to bring about improved outcomes for pupils.

皇冠体育app 3-year evaluation (2013 to 2016) comprised surveys and interviews with participants, their headteachers and licencees in order to collect feedback on the effectiveness and perceived impact of the qualifications.
