This letter from the Home Secretary to the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs sets out the government鈥檚 response to the council鈥檚 advice on the potential harms and control of khat under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. 皇冠体育app first Home Secretary response was in relation to control only.

皇冠体育app letter complements the Home Secretary鈥檚 3 July announcement of the decision to control khat as a Class C drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
