Councils in England provide over 600 public services to their local areas. 皇冠体育appre is enormous potential to improve these services, for their users, taxpayers and staff, through use of digital. 皇冠体育app campaign, promoted by DCLG and the aims to accelerate councils鈥� use of digital to transform public service, working with councils, their public and private sector partners.

This survey commissioned by DCLG provides a baseline of senior leaders attitudes to inform the campaign.
