Announcement of intention not to prepare an environmental statement: Regulation 5 of the Environmental Impact Assessment (Land Drainage Improvement Works) Regulations 1999 as amended by SI 2005/1399 and SI 2006/618.

皇冠体育app Environment Agency gives notice that it proposes to carry out improvement work to Millbrook tidal barrier in Millbrook (NGR SX 42857 52352). 皇冠体育app proposed improvement work will involve the following:

  • erosion control measures to toes of the barrier
  • reinstatement of erosion at the end of the spillway and slipway
  • replacement of control gates

Intention not to prepare an environmental statement

皇冠体育app Environment Agency considers the improvement work is not likely to have significant effects on the environment and does not intend to prepare an environmental statement in respect of it. An Environmental Appraisal Report has been produced and can be viewed during normal working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) at:
