皇冠体育app Insolvency Service is responsible for oversight regulation of the insolvency profession. 皇冠体育app Insolvency Practitioners Association has been declared a Recognised Professional Body for the purposes of authorising and regulating insolvency practitioners. This publication summarises the Insolvency Service鈥檚 findings following a monitoring visit to the Association in May 2016.
