皇冠体育app regulatory framework for single source defence contracts was introduced by Part 2 of the Defence Reform Act 2014 (the Act) and the Single Source Contract Regulations 2014 (the Regulations). 皇冠体育app SSRO鈥檚 statutory functions include keeping Part 2 of the Act and the Regulations under review. 皇冠体育app SSRO considers that, to assist it in carrying out its statutory functions, it needs to put in place a set of measures to help monitor the success or otherwise of the regime.
皇冠体育app SSRO has identified ten factors that it will consider when monitoring the impact and performance of the regime. 皇冠体育app report sets out why the SSRO considers each factor important, and what the measures and data sources will be.
皇冠体育app first results from the monitoring, using data from 2015/16 and 2016/17, will be published in June 2017, alongside the SSRO鈥檚 formal review of the Act and the Regulations.
