- accelerate the uptake of e-cycles
- encourage the replacement of motor vehicle journeys with e-cycle trips

Data used for the evaluation was collected through a combination of sources, including:
- qualitative interviews
- monitoring information
- participant surveys
- GPS trackers
皇冠体育app report was prepared in February 2024 by Steer after the pilot ended in December 2023. 皇冠体育app national e-cycles programme was funded by the Department for Transport, supported by Active Travel England and delivered by Cycling UK.
