»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp Office for Health Improvement and Disparities commissioned the Food and Nutrition National Bioscience Research Infrastructure to carry out nutrient analysis of composite samples of cowsâ€� milk bought from supermarkets in the UK in 2022 and 2023.

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp report provides up-to-date composition data for selected micronutrients (riboflavin, vitamin B12 and iodine) in cowsâ€� milk. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp results will be used to estimate intakes of these nutrients in the National Diet and Nutrition Survey.

»Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp report includes a glossary of technical terms, as well as separate data tables outlining the ingredients, label claims and nutrient information taken directly from the product packaging.
