Following the publication of the 鈥極pen public services white paper鈥� in July 2011, the government carried out a listening exercise to help it understand the potential impact of its commitments.聽

750 responses were received between July and September 2011. 皇冠体育appse came from organisations and individuals in the voluntary and private sectors, local government and members of the public.
