  • check what documents you need to get married 
  • apply online

Once you‘ve applied online, print either an affirmation (if you want to make a non-religious declaration) or affidavit (religious).

Fill in your details by hand but do not sign yet.

You must bring your completed form with you to your appointment at your embassy or consulate and sign it then.
