皇冠体育app Public Contracts Regulations 2015 implement the 2014 EU Public Sector Procurement Directive and some reforms, recommended by Lord Young of Graffham. 皇冠体育appy aim to make public procurement more accessible to small businesses.
皇冠体育app Regulations are due to come into force on 26 February 2015. 皇冠体育app new rules apply to procurements starting on or after this date, except for a small number of procurements listed in the Regulations.
