罢丑别听NWS聽Property Value Protection (PVP) scheme is a support scheme and is only available to those who are able to demonstrate a compelling need to sell their property, yet have been unable to do so, other than at a substantially reduced price, due to the search for a suitable site to host a聽GDF聽in their community.

It is based upon previous public sector property assistance schemes such as those operated by Crossrail, High Speed 2 and National Highways.

This is a discretionary scheme, not one required by law. It recognises the importance of helping those eligible applicants who are most severely affected by the announcement of locations being considered to host a聽GDF.
