Use this form to apply for an accessibility 鈥榯ype approval鈥� certificate for a bus or coach to show it meets wheelchair accessibility, general accessibility or wheelchair and general accessibility rules.
You also need to fill in a accessibility requirements specification form (PSVA 12) to support your application.
