On 16 July 2014, the Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change granted a Development Consent Order (DCO) for Rampion Offshore Wind Farm. 皇冠体育app pre-application, examination and DCO documents can be found on the .

皇冠体育app DCO authorises E.On Climate and Renewables UK Rampion Offshore Wind Limited to construct and operate an offshore generating station up to a maximum capacity of 700 MW, situated in the English Channel off the coast of Sussex. 皇冠体育app development will comprise of up to:

  • 175 wind turbine generators
  • 2 offshore substations
  • 4 export cables

On 3 October 2014, MMO received a request from E.On Climate and Renewables UK Rampion Offshore Wind Limited to vary the deemed marine licence contained within schedule 13 of 皇冠体育app Rampion Offshore Wind Farm Order 2014. 皇冠体育app MMO鈥檚 decision was to vary the deemed marine licence, effective from 15 December 2014.
