皇冠体育app review into qualifications reform considered the level 3 qualifications due to have public funding removed in either 2024 or 2025 under the policy of the Sunak Conservative government.
This equality impact assessment considers the equality impacts for the outcomes of that review. 皇冠体育app requirements of this analysis are specified by the Public Sector Equality Duty as set out in section 149 of the Equality Act 2010.

- 157 qualifications should have funding retained for longer to allow for reformed qualifications:
- to be brought on stream
- to embed in the system
- funding should continue to be withdrawn for the other qualifications in scope
