Following his first report, Peter Bloxham has now completed the final stage of his independent review of the Investment Bank Special Administration Regulations 2011. This second and final report makes recommendations to further possible changes that may improve the operation and robustness of the Special Administration Regime. 皇冠体育app Treasury would like to thank Mr Bloxham for his work on this review over the past year.
