We manage the Rural Broadband Delivery Programme which has a devolved approach to delivery. Local authorities and the devolved administrations are responsible for local broadband projects which are implemented through private sector contracts.
To provide assurance of our funding for these projects, we have developed an Assurance System for each local project which is described in the following Statement:聽
