皇冠体育app Independent Improvement Panel was set up in January 2015 following Sir Bob Kerslake鈥檚 review of the governance and organisational capabilities of Birmingham City Council in December 2014.

皇冠体育app Panel鈥檚 final report is available on the .

皇冠体育app Secretary of State agrees with the Panel鈥檚 assessment that the council needs to demonstrate further progress against the Kerslake recommendations.

He also acknowledges the Panel鈥檚 good work and welcomes a progress report in the autumn.
