Duty to confirm or deny whether the GCA holds the information 听
Under section 1(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, anyone making a request for information to the GCA, as a public authority, is entitled to be informed in writing whether it holds that information, and if so, to be supplied with it.
皇冠体育app GCA is a corporation sole and an independent regulator sponsored by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). 皇冠体育app Adjudicator is supported by a small team of staff, all of whom are seconded from public bodies.
I can confirm that there are no senior IT staff employed by, or seconded into, the GCA. 皇冠体育app GCA is a partner organisation of BEIS. IT services are provided to the GCA by BEIS.
