On World Menopause Day, 18 October 2023, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) published theĀ ā€œNo Time to Step Backā€�Ģż°ł±š±č“Ē°ł³Ł.

This summarised the work of Helen Tomlinson in the first 6 months after her appointment and highlighted progress made by businesses during this time.

This 12-month report provides a further update and reflects on Helenā€™s first year as the Governmentā€™s Menopause Employment Champion, develops themes from the No Time to Step Back 6-month report, and shares progress made against Helenā€™s Four Point Plan.
