EDF is proposing to build a new nuclear power station next to Sizewell B in Suffolk. Its:
- stage 3 public consultation ran from 4 January to 29 March 2019
- stage 4 public consultation ran from 18 July to 27 September 2019

皇冠体育appse responses do not represent the Environment Agency鈥檚 final view in relation to any future Development Consent Order application. 皇冠体育appy are provided without prejudice to its decisions on any applications made for environmental permits.

EDF must apply for and obtain relevant permits from the Environment Agency before Sizewell C can be constructed or operated.
