You must fill in one or both of these forms if you are a British national getting married in Slovakia and you do not live in the UK. »Ê¹ÚÌåÓýapp forms are the same but one is in English and the other in Slovak.

Present the form/s at a register office in Slovakia but get them signed by a Ìý´Ú¾±°ù²õ³Ù.

Ask at the register office whether they need the form in Slovak and English or just one of these.
