皇冠体育appse documents, plus the stakeholder briefing document forms the Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the South Eastern franchise that is expected to begin April 2019.

皇冠体育app ITT sets out what rail services the government requires bidders to provide when running franchises. Bidders will respond to these documents with their propositions. 皇冠体育app Department for Transport (DfT) will then evaluate the propositions before announcing the preferred bidder in November 2018.
