皇冠体育app SSRO has completed its third stakeholder survey, in line with the commitment made in the SSRO鈥檚 Corporate Plan 2021-2024.

皇冠体育app survey helps us to:

• measure performance against several of our key performance indicators;
• understand how we are perceived by stakeholders;
• set the SSRO鈥檚 strategic direction; and
• plan stakeholder engagement.

Following an open competition, we commissioned Opinion Research Services (ORS) based on their expertise and experience to undertake the survey and ensure the independence and anonymity of the responses. We are publishing in full ORS鈥� report and summary slide pack, which sets out the detailed findings of the survey.

We are pleased to see positive responses across a range of questions but also recognise that there are areas where we can improve.

We are carefully considering the results and will be using them to inform the delivery of our functions and activities as detailed in the Corporate Plan 2022 鈥� 2025. 皇冠体育appre is work underway or planned that will address aspects of respondents鈥� feedback, and further actions are being considered. We will publish an update on our progress in the autumn.

皇冠体育app Stakeholder Engagement Strategy will be refreshed in light of the survey findings, and a revised version will be considered by the SSRO Board in September and published shortly afterwards.
