Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with 皇冠体育app Teachers鈥� Disciplinary (England) Regulations 2012, a professional conduct panel was convened to consider the case of Mr Andrew Mark Fowler, formerly employed in Liverpool, North West England.
皇冠体育app proceedings were held at 53-55 Butts Road, Earlsdon Park, Coventry CV1 3BH at 9:30 am on 22 September 2014 and 1 December 2014.
Following an appeal by Mr Fowler against the original prohibition order dated 4 December 2014, a consent order was agreed between the parties (and subsequently approved by the High Court) which sought the quashing of the original decision insofar as it related to the Secretary of State鈥檚 decision to impose a review period of 10 years which has been substituted by a review period of 2 years. 皇冠体育app original decision has been amended accordingly, a copy of which can be found on this web page.
