  1. We have updated the Wildlife Licence Charges (England) Order 2018 to Wildlife Licence Charges (England) Order 2025. Added to the annex the Bat Earned Recognition licence email address.

  2. Updated to include the Glue Traps Licensing Regulation 2024 and the licences relating to it, and contact details for the District Level Licence for great crested newts.

  3. Added terms and conditions for chargeable class survey licences.

  4. Terms and conditions for wildlife charges updated. From 7 December 2020 variable price indication is replaced by a charge price range for CL31 - water vole displacement licence and mitigation licences: A12 - other EPS, A24 - badger, A31 - wild plants, A44 - natterjack toad, A45 - otter, A46 - smooth snake and sand lizard.

  5. Updated the terms for chargeable licence A29 and price indication details.
