皇冠体育app regulations amend the to provide that certain Afghan nationals, granted leave to enter or remain in the United Kingdom under paragraph 276BA1 of the Immigration Rules, are eligible for social housing and homelessness assistance provided they meet the habitual residence test. 皇冠体育appy also make minor changes to the 2006 regulations in order to remove a number of redundant and outdated provisions which dis-apply the habitual residence test for certain persons from abroad.
