This divisional letter informs building control bodies about the Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 and associated documents. 皇冠体育app regulations were made on 23 March 2007, laid before Parliament on 29 March 2007 and come into force over a range of dates beginning on 19 April 2007. 皇冠体育appy include a schedule of dates for the introduction of requirements between 1 June 2007 and January 2011.
