皇冠体育app Environment Act establishes a new domestic framework for environmental governance to protect and enhance the UK鈥檚 natural environment and enacts a series of measures to facilitate the delivery of the Government鈥檚 25-year environment plan.

皇冠体育app Department has provided an Enactment IA for the Environment Act, following its enactment in 2021.皇冠体育app RPC welcomes the opportunity to review this IA. 皇冠体育app RPC is content that the assessment of the impact of the Act is proportionate at this stage, and notes that a number of measures will require further detailed IAs to be submitted for RPC scrutiny to support related secondary legislation.
