皇冠体育app Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Directions in accordance with paragraph 2 of Schedule 9ZC to the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987[footnote 1].

Citation and commencement

1.鈥�(1) 皇冠体育appse Directions may be cited as the Social Security (Electronic Communications) (Amendment) Directions 2016.

(2) 皇冠体育appse Directions come into force on 25 March 2016.

Amendment of the Social Security (Electronic Communications) Consolidation and Amendment Directions 2011

2.鈥�(1) 皇冠体育app Social Security (Electronic Communications) Consolidation and Amendment Directions 2011[footnote 2] are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1(2) in the definition of 鈥渞elevant benefit鈥�, after paragraph (i) insert鈥�

鈥�(ia) State Pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014;鈥�.

(3) In paragraph 2(a), after 鈥淩etirement Pension鈥� insert 鈥�, State Pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014鈥�.

(4) In paragraph 4, after 鈥済ov.uk website鈥�[footnote 3] insert 鈥�(or, in the case of a State Pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014, set out on any other website if the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions notifies the person of that other website)鈥�.
