皇冠体育app Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Directions in accordance with regulation 32ZA of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 9ZC to, the Social Security (Claims and Payments) Regulations 1987 [footnote 1].

Citation and commencement

1.鈥�(1). 皇冠体育appse Directions may be cited as the Social Security (Electronic Communications) (Amendment) Directions 2020.

(2) 皇冠体育appse Directions come into force on 5 May 2020.

Amendment of the Social Security (Electronic Communications) Consolidation and Amendment Directions 2011

2.鈥�(1) . 皇冠体育app Social Security (Electronic Communications) Consolidation and Amendment Directions 2011[footnote 2] are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 2, after sub-paragraph (a)(xii)[footnote 3] 颈苍蝉别谤迟鈥�

鈥�(xiii) State Pension Credit.鈥�.

(3) In paragraph 2(b), after 鈥淒isability Living Allowance鈥� insert 鈥渙r State Pension Credit鈥�.

(4) In paragraph 2(c), after 鈥淓mployment and Support Allowance鈥�[footnote 4] insert 鈥�, State Pension Credit鈥�.
