皇冠体育app Minister notes the progress made in the intervention so far and sets out the changes he has made to the Commissioner model, to move to a model of 3 standalone Commissioners. 皇冠体育app Minister also sets out his decision to make an order under section 86 of the Local Government Act 2000 to move Thurrock Council to a scheme of whole council elections from May 2025 onwards.
